(1)Regarding quality: At first of our conversation,i have confirmed we don't sell Airpods,i never said our earbuds have sound quality like Airpods.But unexpectly and astonishing,the customer compared our earbuds with Airpods even if our price is much much cheaper than Airpods,this is very unreasonable requirement! We can't understand and accept customer's excessive request!(2)Regarding Logo,we had talked about where to print the Logo several times,finally the customer confirmed to print on the rope and we did it according to the customer permission,we don't understand why the customer is always saying we didn't make the Logo as said,why you forgot something so quickly?(3)Regarding USB cable,at first i had confirmed that we don't have Lightning charge cable,the customer approved it and never talked it any more since then,finally he purchased our samples,why the customer forgot the truth again? We have been in Alibaba for 15 years since year 2004,,integrity is always our main goal!
